Our property management team provides comprehensive day-to-day management services in all areas of property, asset and portfolio management.

We currently manage a wide range of premises including industrial estates, office buildings and mixed portfolios of single residential and commercial units.
All of the premises that we look after are managed in accordance with the recommendations of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and ARLA. We are fully conversant with the Code of Practice for Commercial Leases and the Guide to Good Practice in relation to Service Charges in Commercial Property, which has been approved by all the major property industry bodies.
We are also authorised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on behalf of the Financial Services Authority to carry out general insurance activities.
Our rent and service charge collection facilities are fully computerised and administered through one fully integrated package. All of our accounting systems are operated and audited in accordance with the Members Accounts Rules of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and ARLA.
Our management surveyors visit properties on a regular basis and continually liase with clients, tenants and all other parties involved with the management of a particular premises in order to maximise tenant satisfaction and the value of our clients assets.
